1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan, as well as payments via JazzCash and EasyPaisa.
2. How long will my order take to arrive?
We deliver nationwide within 3–5 business days. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
3. Do you offer free delivery?
Yes! Enjoy free delivery on orders above Rs. 5,000. For smaller orders, a standard delivery fee will apply.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp so you can follow your parcel in real time.
5. Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, we offer returns and exchanges within 24 hours of receiving your order (see our Return & Exchange Policy for full details). Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
6. What items are non-returnable?
For hygiene and safety reasons, items like bottles, pacifiers, personalized products, and sale items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.

Currently, TinyDoons is an online-only store. This helps us keep prices affordable and deliver to customers nationwide quickly.
