We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations — and we’re here to make things right with an easy, transparent, and customer-friendly process.


🧾 How to Request

If you’d like to return, exchange, or request a refund, please contact our Customer Care via WhatsApp (0322-2767977) within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Kindly share clear photos of the item and its original packaging for verification.


💛 Eligibility

To qualify for a return, exchange, or refund:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as when delivered.

  • Requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Products must include the receipt or proof of purchase.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Bottles, pacifiers, teethers, and similar hygiene items

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Sale items marked “Final Sale”


🔁 Exchanges

If the wrong size or product was received, we’ll gladly arrange an exchange (subject to stock availability).

  • If the exchange is not due to a defect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • In case of a defective or incorrect product, we’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.


💸 Refunds

Once your request is approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method (JazzCash or EasyPaisa for COD orders) within 1–3 business days.
Please note that shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.


📦 Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, send us photos via WhatsApp within 24 hours.
We’ll verify the issue and arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
