Kindly share clear photos of the item and its original packaging for verification.
To qualify for a return, exchange, or refund:
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as when delivered.
Requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
Products must include the receipt or proof of purchase.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned or exchanged:
Bottles, pacifiers, teethers, and similar hygiene items
Personalized or custom-made products
Sale items marked “Final Sale”
If the wrong size or product was received, we’ll gladly arrange an exchange (subject to stock availability).
If the exchange is not due to a defect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
In case of a defective or incorrect product, we’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.
Once your request is approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method (JazzCash or EasyPaisa for COD orders) within 1–3 business days.
Please note that shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
